Manager, Real-time Services
The challenges of tight deadlines for offline captioning were not enough for Nate, so he is now the manager of realtime scheduling.
He manages the scheduling of 40 or so captioners while watching the five HDTVs in his office.
When no one else is looking, one of the TVs is tuned into the Beverly Hillbillies or the Flintstones.
When he's not working, he's reading, hiking, or volunteering.
