Send us a copy of your master tape by any shipping service. (We support nearly all formats.) We’ll return the master tape and your new accessible tape after we do our magic.

If you want to send us a digital video file to work from, please see our specifications. Before you send the first work file, we will ask for a test file to confirm compatibility with our software.
