Alexia grew up on the east coast in Newark, Delaware. She received her B.A. with a double major in Theater Arts and Communication, concentrating in Broadcasting for Radio and Television, at Flagler College in historic St. Augustine, FL. Afterwards, she studied film at the New York Film Academy at Universal Studios in Los Angeles, where she also had the opportunity to produce and direct numerous short films. After her educational career, she settled in L.A. and worked in production for television and for an independent film. Soon after, Alexia began using her editing background as an off-line captioning editor, training new employees, and now is the day shift project manager of a great team of editors. Alexia lives in North Hollywood, and in her free time she enjoys reading, playing guitar, writing, and auditioning.
