Offline captioning starts with a skilled caption writer transcribing your source material into a caption file. Our writers go the MAX - their meticulous transcription research ensures precise spelling, grammar, punctuation, and readability. The writers carefully time captions to specific frames so viewers can get the most information while broadcasters don't have to worry about losing captions during scene changes.

Delivery Format

We can deliver the caption file to you for encoding or take care of the encoding ourselves in our state-of-the art facility.

• File: We produce the captions and send the file back to you by email or disk to be encoded onto your master.
• Full Service: We handle multiple formats in our in-house encoding facility - including format conversions when necessary. Let us create a new master tape for you that includes the captions - all ready for the feed!
