You are talking about CART (computer-assisted realtime) services, whereby a stenotypist or court reporter provides a live transcript of a meeting or event.
Our focus is media accessibility, such as television, DVD, and web video. We do not provide CART services.
CART services are usually provided on location, although some agencies do offer remote services.
