Donna heads up CaptionMax's New York office. She began her career in closed captioning in the 1980s and has played an integral part in bringing captions to many segments of the television and entertainment industry. She's most proud of her part in making music videos accessible to deaf and hard of hearing kids and adults and encouraging cable networks to caption their programs. Prior to her work in closed captioning, Donna worked in video production and media education.

Donna is a native New Yorker with stints in Vermont and Massachusetts. She presently lives in Manhattan with her daughter. Reading, yoga and laughing a lot rank high on her interest list.
