A native of Cleveland, LK grew up with soot in her lungs and rock music pumping through her veins. Moving to NYC at the tender age of 19, she formed a band called the Bush Tetras, whose punk dance anthems can be found on Simon LeBon’s iPod.

Now happily relocated to Minneapolis, Laura loves watching French films, listening to old jazz records, and eating rice noodles.
