Step One

• Complete the request form below.
• After submitting the form, a confirmation email will arrive in your inbox.
• Please fill out our credit card authorization form, and fax it or mail it back to us.
• We will send your login information for our easy-to-use website upload.

Step Two

• Download your video from YouTube.
• To make sure your captions are precise, we recommend that you download a copy of your video from YouTube.
• Log in to your YouTube videos page, select your video, and choose Download MP4.

Step Three

• Upload your video to us.
• With your username and password in hand, log in to our video upload page.
• Upload your YouTube video, and we'll start captioning right away.

Step Four

• Add your captions.
• Within two business days, your captions will be complete.
• Log in to your YouTube account, select your video, click captions, and add your caption track.
